VOLUNTEER POSITIONS AVAILABLE

When a newcomer is looking for help from AA, it often starts with a phone call. You can be the person answering that call! If you have at least one year of sobriety, a home group and a sponsor, please fill out the form below.

Shifts are 4 hours, done weekly or bi-weekly.

Currently, all positions are filled.

We are always looking for people that can sub when needed.

AA Helpline Workshops

We hold workshops for current hotline volunteers, as well as anyone interested in volunteering. 

Topics include: Phone etiquette, important referral lists, court ordered attendees, and third-party calls.

Includes a Q & A session.

Our next workshop will be held Wednesday, November 13th, 2024 at 7:00 pm.
Location: United Methodist Church of Madison Heights (246 E Eleven Mile Rd).
